Roles and Responsibilities
Act as a technical expert and project manager for Health and Safety projects.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Health and Safety Technical Reviews
- Environment, Health and Safety Management System Reviews
- Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment
- Environment, Health and Safety performance Reviews
- Construction Safety management
- Health and Safety Training and Employee engagement
- Facilitate Technical Safety Reviews
- Process Safety Reviews
- High Risk Operations review
- Health and Safety Inspections and audits
- Incident investigations and Root cause analysis
- EHS compliance assurance
Skill Sets & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in EHS field, chemistry, engineering, or equivalent science.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in the field health and safety
- In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety and/or environmental regulations
- Outstanding interpersonal with strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to interact positively with all levels of the organisation
- Fast Learner, Team player
- Proficient English and Japanese
- Flexibility to travel
